Gaeta it is a very lovely drive. Open: Monday to Friday 7am to 6pm weekends by appointment only Our olives are the very first olives harvested in the whole of Australia, they are grown organically and are harvested February to March for processing Payment: Pick your very own organic olives or buy a variety of organic extra virgin olive oil that is processed on the Grove.
