What's in season in September 2023, and other timely information:
September brings with it cold weather winter crops, like kale, spinach,
some lettuces, peas, kale, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower,
leeks and early onions,
and from southern areas, like Florida and southern Texas,
strawberries, oranges, sumatras, grapefruit.

east-bound on Bridgeport Road, take the last left before the Oak
Street Bridge (Gage road), and then take a right on Beckwith
Road gong east-bound to the end of the road. There will be a
gravel path beside the cherry trees on which you can park and
make your way over to the large (and very noticeable) blue shed.
