What's in season in March 2023, and other timely information:
March brings with it cold weather winter crops, like kale, spinach,
some lettuces, peas, kale, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower,
leeks and early onions,

Greenshire Eco Farms is a permaculture farm (established 2009),
run co-operatively,We have a young food forest, where we grow
chemical-free food following organic and biodynamic principles.
Fresh produce, local hemp hearts and oil, and free-range,
hand-washed eggs are available at our roadside stand. We can
also be found at the Lindsay Farmers’ Market on Saturdays, 7:00
a.m.-1:00 p.m., where we have our sprouts, microgreens and local
hemp products.
