October brings with it cold weather winter crops, like kale, spinach,
some lettuces, peas, kale, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower,
leeks and early onions,
and from southern areas, like Florida and southern Texas,
strawberries, oranges, sumatras, grapefruit.

feature nine varieties of delicious, tree ripened apples. Set in
the beautiful rolling hills of West Central Minnesota, our

picturesque Lake Ida, and sampling our many tasty apples. With
cooperating weather we harvest asparagus by May 15 and apples by
